Participation Waiver

By submitting a request to train with Threaded Kinetic, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Voluntary Participation: You acknowledge that your participation in personal training activities is voluntary and may involve physical exertion, which can lead to injury. You are aware of the associated risks.

Medical Clearance: It is your responsibility to consult with a physician before participating. By requesting to train, you confirm that you are physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent your participation.

Assumption of Risk: You assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages incurred during training.

Waiver of Liability: You waive any claims against the trainer, the business, or the training facility for injuries or damages sustained as a result of your participation.

No Responsibility for Injuries: You acknowledge that Threaded Kinetic and its employees are not responsible for any injuries you may incur during training sessions, including those arising from equipment use or training advice.

Severability: If any part of this agreement is found to be void or unenforceable, the remaining sections will remain in effect.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance: By submitting a request to train, you confirm that you have read and understand this agreement and voluntarily accept its terms.Electronic

Acceptance: Your submission of a request to train serves as your electronic signature, indicating your intent to be bound by these terms.

By submitting your request to train, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Threaded Kinetic and accepting all terms and conditions outlined above, including the explicit understanding that the company and its trainers are not responsible for any injuries you may incur.
