1. Overview of Services
   Threaded Kinetic provides movement-based instructional services, including one-on-one sessions, group sessions, clinical instruction, assessments, consultations, and telehealth sessions conducted through Google Meet. All services are educational in nature and are not medical treatment or physical therapy.

2. Service Definitions
   2.1 One-on-One Clinical Session
   A private 60-minute instructional session focused on individual needs such as functional recovery, chronic pain reduction, movement training, or balance support. Conducted in person or through Google Meet.

2.2 Clinical Group Session
A 60-minute therapeutic movement session for up to ten participants, focused on functional recovery, pain reduction, balance improvement, and coordination training. Conducted in person or through Google Meet.

2.3 Corporate or Clinical Instruction Session
Instruction provided to companies, clinics, hospitals, or similar organizations. Content may include movement education, mobility training, stress-reduction practices, and workplace wellness. Session length varies by program.

2.4 Monthly Blocks or Packages
Recurring session packages that include a specified number of sessions per billing period. All sessions must be used within the designated timeframe unless otherwise stated.

2.5 Telehealth Sessions
Any session conducted remotely by video. All telehealth sessions must use Google Meet. Clients must maintain access to a Google account, a stable internet connection, and a private space for participation.

3. Telehealth Requirements
   All video-based sessions are conducted exclusively through Google Meet. Clients are responsible for their own internet connectivity, equipment, and environment. Threaded Kinetic is not responsible for disruptions caused by third-party platforms.

4. Client Responsibilities
   Clients agree to provide accurate information, participate within their limits, follow safety instructions, maintain required technology, and adhere to scheduling and cancellation policies.

5. Payments and Fees
   All payments are due at booking unless otherwise stated. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Missed sessions or late cancellations may be charged in full.

6. No Medical Advice
   All services and materials provided by Threaded Kinetic are for educational and informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

7. Liability Release
   Clients acknowledge that physical activity involves inherent risks and agree to release Threaded Kinetic from liability for injuries or damages except where prohibited by law.

8. Confidentiality
   Client information is kept confidential and is only used for service delivery unless disclosure is required by law.

9. Modifications
   Threaded Kinetic may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the website or services indicates acceptance of updates.

10. Governing Law
    These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Client Cancellations
   Clients may cancel for a full refund only if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.

2. Late Cancellations
   Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund.

3. No-Show Policy
   Failure to attend a session without notice results in no refund.

4. Provider Cancellations
   Threaded Kinetic may cancel or reschedule any session at any time due to medical accommodations or unforeseen circumstances. Clients will receive either a rescheduled session or a full refund.
