Leading With Your Footsteps

You, Show me who you are,
With the way you, Talk to me.
Teaching by Example,
With the way you, Walk with me.

Leading with your Footsteps,
Reveals what you're teaching,
Cuz your Deeds do the Talking
For the Message you're Preaching!

Whoa there partner!
Is your tone, out of tune?
Respect is sung, like a bird,
not howling at the moon.

So, when you're put in charge,
You Give the vibe, expected.
If you want high regard,
and to be, respected.

But if you think, Less,
Can be, presented?
You're in for a lesson,
Red-lined & corrected!

Abusing your power,
Doesn't make you a leader.
It just puts’em in the cold
While they watch you by the heater.

When you, want the world to hurt,
As the world hurt, you,
Now you’ve become the villain,
But that, can change too!

Just, Lead with'ya heart,
And build a real, connection.
Take’em under your wing,
For some guided direction.

Or Steer a stormy conversation,
Toward your endeavor.
And, go from rainy days,
Into brighter sunny weather.

By, helping others up,
be-yond your achievements,
You've already started,
On your Ego, bereavement.

So remember,

With the way you, Talk to me.
