Ingredients
6 slices low-carb or keto bread, cut into cubes
1 tbsp butter or ghee
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup chopped celery
1 tsp dried Italian Seasoning
1 tsp dried Poultry Seasoning
1 cup poultry or vegetable broth as needed
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Add-Ins:
Cooked diced poultry organ meats
Sliced mushrooms
Cooked crumbled spiced sausage
Instructions
Dry bread cubes at 350°F for 10-20 minutes.
Butter a small round baking dish. Preheat oven to 350°F.
Sauté onion and celery in butter and herbs, salt, and pepper;
cook until softened.
Combine bread cubes and sautéed mixture in bowl.
Add broth spoonfuls at a time and mix gently.
Transfer to baking dish and bake 20–25 minutes until golden.
