Are you too fat for situps?
And or too weak to plank?
Do you want a strong core,
But, mostly feel like a tank?

If you don't know what to do,
Let me fill in the Blank.
I think it's time for a change.
That you can, take to the Bank.

1st, Get your body down flat,
In a Hollow body hold.
Now, add a back and forth,
In a lateral roll.

With your heels and hands reaching,
Out from either end.
Priming all the muscles,
So you can, twist-fold and bend.

When you Rock, the boat.
With, Side to side undulation,
As you Rock, the boat.
For Incremental Graduation.

When you Rock, the boat.
For Total ab, activation!
Just Rock, the boat.
For Building Core-oordination!

This special blend, of moves,
Like Col Sanders for chicken.
Is Out to change, the program,
And provide, what you're missin!

By arranging what we know,
Into a novel combination.
We can gently Tune, the tendons,
Increasing Force, generation.

I bet this recipe for life,
Gives you strength, and agility.
By training body throughout,
We level up, your integrity!

So When, Breathing through the motion,
For Abdominal hold.
You pass the Bronze, and the Silver.
And, Reach for the gold.
