Mindful Movement is meant to develop the long-ignored 3rd part of our body's structural trifecta, the body's connective tissue, the Fascia. It is the infrastructure that our muscles and bones use to move in a delicate balance of tensegrity; where a change here, can create a maladaptation in another part of the body.

Mindful Movement is not a new set of movements, but rather, a way to combine the classical and modern models of fitness with a heightened awareness of the physical and spiritual bodies.
I have developed a way for anyone, any age, or fitness level, to build up to basic fitness levels and enhance what they already do. While you may be strong, your Fascia could be stronger.
Mindful Movement is versatile by nature! it can meet your fitness level where you are now. It can build you up, and lean you out. All while you learn to stop hanging out on your hang-ups and create your own poetry through motion.
